By understanding the root causes of customer anxiety and employing strategies to mitigate these issues, salespeople can improve their overall sales performance and create a more positive shopping experience for customers. The findings of this study have implications for sales training programs, store design, and marketing strategies in the lingerie industry.
This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey of 100 lingerie salespeople and 50 customers was conducted to gather quantitative data on the prevalence of customer anxiety and its impact on sales performance.
